About this design
For the lifter who knows the routine: game face on, weights loaded, and somehow the way home still gets forgotten. This gym-inspired T-Shirt features a bold vintage-style illustration of a barbell, plates, and the playful message “I Came. I Lifted. I Forgot Why.” It brings humor to training sessions, post-workout coffee runs, and the everyday life of anyone who treats the weight room like a second home.

Made from lightweight 100% ring-spun cotton, it has a smooth, durable surface that keeps the artwork crisp while remaining comfortable year-round. The classic fit, crew neckline, shoulder tape, and shape-retaining ribbed collar make it easy to wear through warm-ups, rest days, and casual outings. It also includes a tear-away label for added comfort and is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

Heather, Sport Grey, Antique, and Graphite Heather colors contain blended fibers as specified below. Adult sizing. Made with ethically grown and harvested US cotton.

🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Machine wash cold only (hot water is for overachievers)

• Turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the graphic print

• Use a gentle detergent — garment-dyed cotton likes to stay soft and chill

• Wash separately during the first wash, as slight color bleeding may occur

• Avoid bleach or harsh detergents to preserve color and fabric quality

• Do not use fabric softeners, as they may affect the shirt’s texture

• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for the best long-term fit and softness

• Air drying is recommended to minimize shrinking and maintain premium feel

• Remove promptly from the dryer to help prevent wrinkles

• If ironing is needed, use low heat and avoid ironing directly on the graphic

• For printed designs, iron inside out or place a cloth over the artwork

As someone who's constantly telling people to eat more protein, this shirt is way too accurate 😂 The little anime guy screaming MORE MORE MORE while lifting is what sold me. Wore it for my workout and got a few laughs. Love the artwork, and it looks great with my gym shorts. 💪
