About this design
This lightweight tee carries quiet confidence — a crew-neck shirt built for movement and everyday wear. The front art reads “Spot Me For Life” above a detailed barbell and weight plate illustration, a subtle badge for gym partners and weightlifters who value trust and steady progression. Soft, ring-spun cotton drapes comfortably whether you’re warming up, coaching a friend through a heavy set, or grabbing coffee after a session. The clean white canvas makes the print stand out while the reinforced collar and shoulder tape keep the silhouette tidy after repeated washes. Wear it to training sessions, casual meetups, or rest days when you still want to rep your gym crew.

🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Machine wash cold only (hot water is for overachievers)

• Turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the graphic print

• Use a gentle detergent — garment-dyed cotton likes to stay soft and chill

• Wash separately during the first wash, as slight color bleeding may occur

• Avoid bleach or harsh detergents to preserve color and fabric quality

• Do not use fabric softeners, as they may affect the shirt’s texture

• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for the best long-term fit and softness

• Air drying is recommended to minimize shrinking and maintain premium feel

• Remove promptly from the dryer to help prevent wrinkles

• If ironing is needed, use low heat and avoid ironing directly on the graphic

• For printed designs, iron inside out or place a cloth over the artwork
