About this design
This lightweight, ring-spun cotton tee carries attitude and motivation on its chest. A bold, gritty illustration of a pumped, smiling lifter and the slogan “The Pump Never Lies” sits front-and-center, giving the shirt a raw, gym-floor energy. The smooth, durable fabric and tubular knit keep the silhouette clean and comfortable, while ribbed collar and shoulder tape hold shape through workouts and washes. Wear it to training sessions, post-lift hangouts, or casual days when you want that confident, driven vibe to show. The design reads like a personal mantra — a quick reminder to push harder and celebrate progress, set against subtle color accents that pop on the soft white background.

🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Machine wash cold only (hot water is for overachievers)

• Turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the graphic print

• Use a gentle detergent — garment-dyed cotton likes to stay soft and chill

• Wash separately during the first wash, as slight color bleeding may occur

• Avoid bleach or harsh detergents to preserve color and fabric quality

• Do not use fabric softeners, as they may affect the shirt’s texture

• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for the best long-term fit and softness

• Air drying is recommended to minimize shrinking and maintain premium feel

• Remove promptly from the dryer to help prevent wrinkles

• If ironing is needed, use low heat and avoid ironing directly on the graphic

• For printed designs, iron inside out or place a cloth over the artwork
