🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Machine wash cold only (hot water is for overachievers)

• Turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the graphic print

• Use a gentle detergent — garment-dyed cotton likes to stay soft and chill

• Wash separately during the first wash, as slight color bleeding may occur

• Avoid bleach or harsh detergents to preserve color and fabric quality

• Do not use fabric softeners, as they may affect the shirt’s texture

• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for the best long-term fit and softness

• Air drying is recommended to minimize shrinking and maintain premium feel

• Remove promptly from the dryer to help prevent wrinkles

• If ironing is needed, use low heat and avoid ironing directly on the graphic

• For printed designs, iron inside out or place a cloth over the artwork

As someone who's constantly telling people to eat more protein, this shirt is way too accurate 😂 The little anime guy screaming MORE MORE MORE while lifting is what sold me. Wore it for my workout and got a few laughs. Love the artwork, and it looks great with my gym shorts. 💪
